Shipping & Returns

All items are gift wrapped and presented in our premium packaging. If you are sending a gift, a complimentary card can be included. Please fill out the "gift message" form at checkout, or email email@example.com.
We offer the following rates for US and International shipping, per item.
Ground Shipping within the US — $35 FLAT RATE
Subsidized standard shipping worldwide - $60 FLAT RATE
These rates apply to standard ground shipping. As of Feb 20th 2017, Packages are sent out within 48 hours of receiving an order. Domestic packages have a 3-5 day ground shipping estimate. International packages require 7-14 business days.
If you require express shipping please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Express shipping rates will be calculated on an individual basis.
Returns & Exchanges
We pride ourselves on creating product to the highest standard and hope that you fall in love with your AHYIN textile. Please understand that due to the nature of hand embroidery techniques, your piece may differ slightly from the item pictured on the site and we encourage you to embrace this as its unique beauty.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly work with you to find a piece you love.
We will accept returns and issue a full refund to the original form of payment (excluding the shipping cost), so long as the item and all of its packaging are returned completely undamaged. To issue a return we must first be notified via email. Returns MUST be shipped back in the original packaging (including all additional materials), within seven days of product receipt.
Unless otherwise notified, the return shipping cost is the sole responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment only, after the product has been received. Please allow 7 business days from the time of receipt, for the item to be processed.
If you have received a gift and would prefer another color, we gladly offer exchanges, within the same product category. Return shipping cost and shipping cost of the new item, are the responsibility of the customer.
